Our Production Process

What to Expect When You Work With Mactools Production

At Mactools Production, we believe every project deserves intention, artistry, and a seamless experience from start to finish. Whether you're a brand, business, or individual, here's what you can expect when you collaborate with us:

Two men wearing black shirts and headphones smiling and talking, with a camera on a tripod in front of them and a man in a white suit in the background.
Black and white photo of a filming or photography setup with a camera mounted on a tripod, a clapperboard on the floor, and a person's knees in the foreground.
Black and white photo of a woman sitting on a chair in a photography studio with professional lighting and equipment, including softboxes, umbrellas, and cameras, set up around her.

1. Discovery & Creative Consultation

Every great production starts with a conversation. We’ll begin with a discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and vision. Whether you're launching a product, telling a brand story, or creating a visual campaign, this is where we align on strategy and tone.

3. Pre-Production

We map out the shoot day in detail—organizing crew, talent, equipment, and all creative elements. You’ll receive a production plan or call sheet so you know exactly what to expect.

5. Post-Production

After the shoot, our editors get to work. We handle everything from cutting and color grading to sound design and motion graphics (if applicable). We’ll keep you updated through each stage and welcome your feedback during the revision process.

2. Proposal & Planning

After our initial conversation, we’ll deliver a customized proposal with clear pricing, timeline, and deliverables. Once approved, we move into pre-production, storyboarding, scripting, location scouting, and scheduling.

4. Production Day(s)

This is where the vision comes to life. Our team arrives fully prepped to capture every shot with precision and creativity. Whether we’re filming in-studio or on-location, we work efficiently while maintaining a relaxed, collaborative atmosphere.
